– Dealer pricing does not include sales tax. Please send us a copy of your current Florida Resale Certificate if applicable.
– Dealer pricing assumes payment by check day-of or before your events. Payment is required in advance for your first event.
– If you want the logo on our photo booth replaced with your logo during events, a one-time $50 fee will be added to your first invoice to cover the branding costs. This is an 18″x24″ area below the monitor that can be customized.

How does the branded process work?
We have refined our process so it’s easy for everyone involved. Here is the basic outline of the entire process once you have an interested client.
Step 1: Contact us via email, phone, or text message to check our availability. (online availability coming soon)
Step 2: Reserve your date with us by simply telling us you have a booking.
Step 3: Let us know if there are any other add-on options needed above and beyond what is already included in our full-featured dealer package.
Step 4: We will send you our pre-event questionnaire that goes over all the details that you need to know and collects all the information that we need to know.
Step 5: We will send you a mockup of the personalized photo layout so you can get your client’s approval.
Step 6: Unless you have other custom add-on options that require our attention, we are ready for your event at this point. We will send you a confirmation about a week before the event. Day-of, we will call or text message our day-of contact to confirm our arrival time and then make contact again once we arrive to begin setting up. We will take it from there.
Step 7: We will give you a USB flash drive of all of the photos taken on-site after the event or we will provide you with a secure online gallery link 1-2 days after the event, your choice.
Step 8: We collect your check payment before or day-of, your choice. Payment is required in advance for your first event.
